Terms & Conditions

In accordance with the rules established by the gambling organizer (Betting Company), gambling is defined as a risk-based winning arrangement reached by two or more participants between themselves or with the gambling organizer (Betting Company).

Betting is the outcome of a risk-based winning arrangement reached by two or more participants in a bet between themselves or with the organizer of this type of gambling which is dependent on an event whose outcome is uncertain.

The term “bet” refers to any type of money, including electronic money, that a client transfers to the gambling organization in order to participate in gaming in line with the rules established by the bookmaker. The terms set forth by the gambling organizer (betting firm) govern the receipt of wagers from clients.

A client (bettor) is a person who wagers against the betting organization on the outcome of an event. A legal entity cannot engage in gambling or betting while also being a client of the Betting Company.

An outcome is the result of one or more events in the betting line on which the wager was placed.

A betting line (sports) is a list of events, their potential outcomes, odds for those outcomes, event dates, and times, after which the Betting Company will no longer accept bets on the events’ outcomes.

According to these rules, winnings are cash or other assets that must be given to the client or transferred to them once the outcome of a gambling event is known.

Winning odds/Odds is a figure that expresses the likelihood of an event’s outcome and is used to calculate the payout for a successful wager.

The Betting Company may decide to set fresh odds (winning odds) equal to 1 (one) for the wager in compliance with these rules, which may include bet or wager cancellation, bet refund, or settlement of a bet with odds of 1.

Regular time is the amount of time a match lasts in compliance with the regulations of a certain athletic event, plus extra time that the referee adds. Extra time, overtime, penalty shootouts, etc. are not considered regular time.

The term “personal account,” “user account,” or “account” refers to a piece of software whose interface can be found on the Betting Company’s website and accessed online via a browser. This program enables the client to familiarize themselves with the wagers that the Betting Company offers, place bets, and other activities as specified by these rules. Authorization information must be used to gain access to a personal account.

The information that makes it possible to authenticate the client’s personal account is known as authorization data. By default, the client’s login credentials serve as authorization data. At the Betting Company’s request, other authorization data types may be employed.

The phrase “Theoretical Return to the Client” (or its abbreviation) may be used in reference to particular services on the Betting Company’s website. Theoretical Return is a theoretical figure or outcome of virtual computations intended to display the theoretically computed percentage of wagers that a specific service (game) reimburses the client after a predetermined number of spins and/or rounds. The client is not guaranteed to receive this precise rate of return on their investment because the Theoretical Return indication is just hypothetical. Regardless of the specified Theoretical Return indicator, the client has the potential to win or lose.

If you place a wager or play a game without fully comprehending the terms associated with such participation or betting, the Betting Company is not liable for your conduct.

General provisions

The process for accepting wagers, paying out winners, resolving disputes, and placing bets on certain sports is described in these Rules for the Acceptance of Bets and Payout of winners (henceforth referred to as the Rules). The relationship between the client and the Betting Company is governed by these rules.

The client certifies that they have read these rules before placing a wager and that they fully agree with them. All bets are accepted exclusively in accordance with these rules. Information concerning the client’s activities in their personal account, such as the registration procedure and the generation of authorization data, may be kept on file by the Betting Company. The client acknowledges that their handwritten signature on these rules or any other document is not necessary for familiarization and acceptance of these rules. The Betting Company electronically records the client’s approval of these rules.

With the exception of nations and territories where these services are illegal and/or where other restrictions, such as contract-based ones, are in place, The Betting Company takes wagers on sports and other events occurring all over the world.

The Betting Company encourages gambling as a fun pastime and thinks it’s acceptable as long as the client maintains self-control and plays sensibly.

Individuals who agree to these rules and have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (if that age is more than 18) are permitted to place bets.

Clients who violate these rules may have their accounts blocked and their bets refused by the Betting Company. The client is responsible for any violations of these rules that they may have committed. The Betting Company retains the right to cancel any bets and refuse to pay any wins or refund deposits in the event that these rules are broken. When it is discovered that the client is an individual from whom the Betting Company does not accept bets in compliance with these rules, the Betting Company has the right to take these actions at any moment.

There can only be one account per registered client. One family, one address, one email address, one credit/debit card number, or one IP address are all subject to the rule when registering on the website.

The Betting Company retains the right, at its sole discretion, to ask for the client’s identification and other information needed to confirm the client’s identity. It also has the right to halt all payments until the verification process is finished. The Betting Company sets the verification period for the documents and other information, which typically lasts up to 60 days, though it may take less or more time, depending on how complicated the case is.

The client attests to the fact that they are the one who carried out all acts in their personal account. The client is in charge of protecting authorization credentials from other parties and is not permitted to grant third parties access to their personal account. The client bears responsibility for any activities taken by other parties in the client’s personal account.

Errors and other issues

Even if the client was informed that there was a chance of these losses or damages, the betting company will never be held accountable for any indirect, unintentional, or accidental losses or damages (including lost profits).

The Betting Company does not offer clients Internet access services, and it is not liable for any connection problems, delays, or other problems that may arise on the client’s or network provider’s equipment. Failures of the client’s internet connection during the bet’s confirmation do not result in the bet being canceled. The client understands that the betting company’s services are delivered through electronic means of connection and communication, and that the betting company disclaims all liability for any potential software bugs, service outages, or other interruptions that might arise while services are being provided remotely.

Additions and modifications

In order to maintain the Website’s functionality, the Betting Company may, at its sole discretion, change or add to any product or service (including offered bets or limits) that is available on the Website at any time. This will not impact the bets or actions placed by clients at the time of the change. In order to carry out technological maintenance and/or add to or alter the items offered on the website, the betting company may limit access to the website or to particular portions of the website for all or some of its clients.

The Betting Company retains the right, in its sole discretion, to add new regulations and to change current rules at any moment. On the 14 days after the date of their posting on the Betting Company’s website, any updated or new rules will come into effect. The Betting Company will send an email to the Client’s email address informing them of any upcoming changes to the Rules.

Following the Client’s acceptance of these Rules, the Betting Company may add any additional games and services to the Website.

Without giving the client advance notice, the betting company retains the right to assign, sublicense, transfer, or pledge all or part of the rights and/or obligations outlined in these rules to any person, so long as the terms and conditions are the same or at least as advantageous to the client.

According to these Rules, the Client is not permitted to assign, sublicense, or otherwise give any of their rights or responsibilities to outside parties.

Personal account registration and account management

Clients of the betting company can only be individuals. Prior to becoming a client of the betting company, a person must register for a personal account and give the betting company the following information:

  • Birthdate;
  • Аirst and last name;
  • Present address;
  • Current e-mail address (an automated email including the verification link will be sent to confirm the e-mail address);
  • Current phone number (to verify the phone number, a one-time password (SMS) will be provided).

The data entered during registration needs to be accurate and truthful. When someone registers for a personal account, they guarantee and represent that all of the information they provide is accurate and trustworthy. At its own discretion, the betting company may decline to open a personal account.

Before creating a personal account and confirming that they have read the rules, anyone who wishes to become a client of the betting company must read these rules. By creating a personal account and expressing interest in being a client of the betting company, a person demonstrates that they understand the regulations governing gambling and betting in their nation of residence and that they have made an informed choice to do so.

To verify or update your information, the Betting Company can ask for documents to confirm your identity and may require you to complete a video identification process. They can also suspend payments or block your account until verification is complete. If you refuse to undergo these procedures, your account will be blocked, and if it was already blocked, it will remain so until you complete the verification process. The company may request copies of your documents to be sent by mail.

Rules for payouts, depositing and withdrawing funds

Only the results published by the Betting Company are used to settle bets. Claims about event results must be supported by official documents from the relevant sports federations. For games decided by a random number generator, the outcome is based on the records from the Betting Company’s server. If there’s a difference between what the Client sees and the server records, the server records take precedence. The Client understands that random outcomes cannot be predicted and agrees to accept any result when placing a bet.

Unless the betting company sets other time limits due to unforeseen external circumstances, winnings are settled and paid out to clients within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date the results (outcomes) for the most recent event for which the wager was placed were officially published.

The Betting Company may deny a withdrawal request if the Client’s withdrawal details do not match the deposit details. If the Client wants to stop using the services, they can contact support through their Personal Account to request a refund. This refund will only be made to the original deposit method.

To prevent fraud, the Betting Company may ask the Client for a photo of the bank card used for deposits or withdrawals. The photo must show both sides of the card, with the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number and the cardholder’s name visible. The CVV code on the back must be covered.

By accepting these Rules and depositing funds, the Client agrees not to use their account for:

  • Transferring money between unrelated accounts;
  • Storing funds without placing bets;
  • Any financial transactions not related to betting or winnings.

If a customer violates the rules for using their account, the betting company has the right to apply the penalties and restrictions outlined in these regulations.

Bonuses

Any bonus that is accessible on a client’s account may be added, removed, or altered at the discretion of the betting company. Under normal conditions, the betting company will not take away any active bonuses.

Bonuses may have wagering conditions. Before the client chooses to use the bonus, these requirements are shown. Only the actual cash sum may be withdrawn; the bonus cash balance is forfeited during the withdrawal process. For its services, the betting company chooses and establishes wagering requirements on its own.

One bonus per client account, household, address, mobile device, shared computer, and shared IP address may be obtained. There are no wagering requirements for risk-free wagers on any games or comparable bonus services. The real money balance is increased by the winnings from the free spins.

The betting company may set a cap on the maximum amount of money that can be won from bonus funds. If there is an active bonus, the betting company may set a cap on the maximum and minimum wager. The wager will be canceled if the limits are broken.

In the various nations where clients may reside, the betting company retains the ability to apply varied limits on bonuses. Additionally, the betting company retains the right to offer specific bonuses to specific customers or groups of customers, to stop offering bonuses, to alter the conditions under which bonuses can be given, or to modify the conditions under which bonuses can be used without providing any kind of justification or compensation.

For some or all citizens or individuals in particular countries, accessing or using the website or any services made available via it may be prohibited. In nations and areas where its services might be considered unlawful, the betting company does not intend to offer services or website access. It should not be interpreted as a representation or warranty regarding the legality of accessing and using the Website, as well as the legality of depositing money, placing bets, and collecting winnings, just because the Website is accessible in any of those countries or territories or is displayed in their official language. The Website’s availability does not imply that the Betting Company is inviting or offering anyone to use its services in any area where it is illegal to do so.

Finding out whatever laws apply where the client is located is the client’s obligation. The betting company has the right to immediately terminate a client’s account if it learns that the client lives in a country where using the website and its services is prohibited, or if the client accesses the website from a country where using the website is prohibited.

Software

The Client may be asked to download and install third-party software on the Client’s personal device in order to access the Betting Company’s Services (“Software”). The Betting Company’s downloadable products, mobile applications, and any supplementary software, items, or advertising may all be included in the software.

It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that any software is downloaded to their device in a way that works with their particular device settings. To be clear, the Betting Company is not liable if a client’s gadget malfunctions as a result of downloading software incorrectly.

When issues arise with the hardware or software that the betting company uses to deliver its services, the betting company will do everything within its power to fix the issue as quickly as feasible.

All of the materials that make up the Services, including software compilations, underlying source code, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, and their arrangement, are protected by copyright and other proprietary rights that are either owned by the Betting Company or used under license from third-party rights owners.

All intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, know-how, or trademarks) owned by the Betting Company or any third party are not granted to the Client under any circumstances when using the Services, with the exception of the right to use such intellectual property for personal, non-exclusive, and non-alienable purposes while using the Services in compliance with these Rules.

The client agrees not to copy, store, publish, lease, license, sell, distribute, alter, add, delete, or interfere in any way with the functionality of the website or any portion of it. They also agree not to permit others to alter or interfere with the website’s functionality.
